How to use it

Open premarked ampoul and pull content on the pad located on the petri dish. The membrane must be with drawn from the filtration panel with a sterile (flamed) membranes forceps and place over the pad with the media, assuring no air bubbles are traped between membrane and pad.
Incubate 24 to 72 hours. at the requiered temperature according to media involved.
During incubation, nutrient of the media migrated by capilarity to the membrane´s surface nowrishing microorganism and developing colonies wich can then be evaluated.
The ampoules can be storage from 12 to 18 months at temperatures between 2 ° C and 40 ° C.
