How to use it

The sampler is immersed in the liquid by lifting the central rod through the upper ring. The fluid circulates through the glass sampler until it reaches sampling depth. Rod is dropped there with the shutter retaining fluid at that depth. Sampler is withdrawn and discharged by lifting the central rod, liquid is drained into a collecting bowl.

How to use it

Immerse the sampler in the liquid to be sampled. Press the shutter so that the fluid flows through the sampling glass to reach the desired depth. At this point, the shutter is released, retaining the sample of that depth. Sampler is withdrawn and discharged into a collecting bowl by pressing the shutter.

Liquid Sampler - BL-FR

Low thread allowing the use of polypropylene or polycarbonate bottles from 30 to 1000 ml capacity.
Shutter central conical closure PTFE .
Length: 790mm + height of the bottle.
Maximun Sampling Depth: 730mm from bottom to bowl mouth (drum, etc.) or surface of the liquid.

How to use it

Introduce the sampler in the liquid until sampling depth. Open the shutter allowing sample to fill the bottle. Replace lid with the PTFE shutter and withdraw sample. Unscrew jar and cover with lid fitted over it. Sample is taken to the laboratory in the sampling pot.

Liquid Sampler - BL-35TR

Low thread allows for the use of disposable 35ml. capacity tubes with thread. Shutter central conical closure PTFE.

How to use it

Remove the tube from the envelope and wrap it in the sampler, flamed in aseptic conditions, plugging it immediately to the shutter. Keep sterile tube lid in the envelope. Place sampler in liquid until the desired depth. Open shutter allowing the sample to fill the tube. Place shutter on tube again and remove it. Unscrew tube and close it with the cover provided.
