Characteristics

Manufactured in cristal polystyrene.
Size: 65mm diameter and 16,5mm high. Gridded 10 x 10mm on base.
Gamma radiation sterilized for microbiology.

Uses

Microbiological control of surfaces. Its shape allows, after after filling with 12ml of culture media, to be applied directly in the surface to be analized. If present bacteria stick to the agar media and, after incubation, the count of colonies per cm2 of controlled surface can be obtain.
